California has placed titanium dioxide (airborne, unbound particles of respirable size) on the Proposition 65 list.
All components of Ti-Pure™ titanium dioxide pigments are listed on the inventories or in compliance for the following jurisdictions.
Ti-Pure™ titanium dioxide pigments do not include any lead, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs) or polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) which exceed the level of 1000 parts per million by weight (0.1%), and do not include cadmium which exceeds the level of 100 parts per million by weight (0.01%) as required by 2011/65/EU, as amended. Test results were non-detect.
